These SMS Terms & Conditions govern text-message communications between you and Trial Logic, LLC.
1Program description
If you opt in, Trial Logic, LLC may send you text messages related to inquiries, scheduling, service or account updates, and one-time passcodes or verification (OTP). These messages support communications you have requested from us.
2Consent
By providing your mobile number and opting in, you consent to receive text messages from Trial Logic, LLC at that number, including messages sent using automated technology. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
3Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
4Cost
Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile carrier’s plan.
5Opt out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send a confirming message and then stop sending you text messages. If you want to rejoin, sign up as you did the first time and we will resume sending messages.

7Carrier liability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
8Privacy
Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information may be shared with subcontractors who support the Services, solely to deliver the communications you request. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.
