Trial Logic, LLC · Advisory
Complex systems, resolved into clear direction
AI applications, data analytics, and senior technology counsel for regulated industries — drawing on three decades of work where the cost of a mistake is high: life sciences, defense, and healthcare.
The practice
I AI application development
Custom AI applications built for regulated environments — workflow automation, document and knowledge tooling, and internal copilots — with governance, security, and data handling designed in from the start, never bolted on after.
II Data & analytics
Turning scattered, siloed data into decisions leadership can act on — integration across systems, dependable pipelines, and analytics and dashboards that hold up to scrutiny.
III Technology advisory
Senior counsel when you need it — strategy, architecture, and a steady hand translating between technical teams and business goals. Board-ready when it helps; hands-on when it doesn’t.
Chris Prader — founder & principal
I’m Chris Prader. Thirty years across the table — developer, operator, founder. I started in code, spent fourteen years in IT management at a global clinical research organization, then built RPM Technologies into a thirty-person managed service provider before selling it in 2026. Trial Logic is the next chapter: smaller, more selective, and more hands-on — and I take on every engagement personally.
